New Painting Just Finished Colorful Wild and Free

My newest painting is a loose and free expression using bold color. Experimentations with different processes such as masking, diluted paint, and collage elements combined with brushstrokes creates a dynamic composition.

While it is abstract in nature, it is reminiscent of a landscape.

In memory of my mother, Lois Rush, whom passed away last week, on April, 1, I share this painting that I did of a tea set that she owned. I wanted it to live on if anything should ever happen to it. I believe it is circa 1950's. And I think it is in storage, hopefully intact.
